Every other super telephoto that I’ve used from Nikon and Canon has been outstanding, so it’s a rude awakening to discover that quality control can be omitted even with these ultra expensive lenses.

Conclusions
Perhaps I’ll obtain another sample of this lens for review, but the brand-new one I received was beyond a dud— it was terrible at f/2.8.
