Fujifilm GF 55/1.7 Aperture Series: Colorful Forest Path
This aperture series from f/1.7 to f/11 looks at how Fujifilm GF 55mm f/1.7 depth of field develops for a near-to-far scene for which adequate depth of field with a single frame is beyond hopeless. That is, it’s totally hopeless even at f/11.
For that reason a 19-frame focus stack at f/9 is, showing the vast difference in detail vs f/11 as well as the stark difference vs f/1.7 and f/2.8 renditions.
Includes image from f/1.7 to f/11 at up to full camera resolution, plus crops.
