Hwy 6 East, Nevada
Dang, October is such a nice month to travel.
It is easy to drive through 200 miles of Nevada scrub land, and forget to take a picture. This image, I think, captures some of the essence of what much of Nevada is like.

I had thought that Fujifilm’s incompetent jackass implementation of Focus BKT had missed INF focus for this scene. Which it did. However, I had in fact manually shot an INF focus shot, it was just an organizational issue—hanks to Fujifilm, it’s a needlessly manual organization process which I had trouble with. YOU SUCK FUJIFILM—making my life a PITA for focus stacking.
Below, it’s a darn fine view and a nice place for a lunch stop, but no one ever does that—not one footprint.
